same logic as the case you just posted. the guy wasn't charged with murder because in the moment, he thought he was protecting his wife from a rapist. even though that turned out to be wrong, he didn't get charged because of that. at the same time, the guy WASN'T a rapist, and didn't do anything wrong (besides fucking dude's wife).
