i get paid a salary X per year by my employer
when i started working here we got paid every other friday
then they shifted to one day per month on the last business day of the month

only thing they did was instead of giving me two halves per month
give me one whole on the last day of the month

i could give a shit how or when they give it to me as long as it is CONSISTENT and they give me ALL of what i am due each month

and shifting the revenue for WalMart, BestBuy and Target by a week or two aint gonna get them to send their lobbyists to The Hill on our behalf.
