Pretty thoroughly. Have you taken a training/class on community organizing? Or read up on work poeple like Ella Baker did in the 60s? Or joined a grassroots organization *just* to get some experience in movement-building?

There are differnet models, but I just can't imagine anyone being able to effectively help to create what you're talking about without having some basic training/experience in how these frameworks take shape.
