Body cameras for all police.
New powers given to citizen review boards to remove police from the force.
Make independent reviews of police conduct in cases of force more than suggestions, give them some teeth.
Harsh prosecution of police for unarmed deaths
Make settlements for police brutality and misconduct come out of their pensions Instead of tax dollars.
Demand oversight from the Justice department into any unarmed shooting.
Limit military weapons to police departments.
