Federal legislation forcing Police accountability to the communities via community boards that regularly interact with the departments about the policing of the neighborhoods.

This needs to be a talking point so that it doesn't slip through the cracks.

Making it a national political conversation which has to be addressed through policy, and by the organization of local efforts.
