I meant they arent just seen as (well off) people, they're seen as black. the opening scene with the tourist bus driving past their house illustrated that, as did the snacks in the boardroom scene
he's always going to be seen as less than a human because of his race, and for it to a be safe show I think he's always going to refrain from confrontation
