Lately, I'm just not feeling as aggro w/ my workouts (CrossFit, Boot Camps, weight lifting, etc.).
There's just too many health benefits for me to *not* to do it. After the 3rd day, I finally feel some clarity, I drink more water, and the people are always nice.
So, yeah, you should def give it a try, man.
