Meaning, if there is no taste difference or health risk associated with scooping 2 dead gnats out of boiling water, then yeah I don't see any difference between this and complaining about which brand of syrup I use.

And I am sincere. I know that in most restaurant kitchens, there are all sorts of shenanigans that go on that I probably don't want to know about if it doesn't have any consequences for my health.
