13502275, My main drawback was long trips Posted by legsdiamond, Wed Apr-17-24 07:39 AM
someone on OKP actually suggested renting one on a trip. Everything was fine once I figured out how to work the trunk and adapting to the cqr aropping almost immediately after you take your foot off the gas.
The battery paranoia is real AF. I kept looking at the charge go down and all was fine until I got back to the city and needed to charge it before returning it.
I couldn’t find a charger since someone was plugged in already at the hotel.
This is a real concern and its why I would only get one for city driving. Passing up 12 gas stations looking for a charger is mot a good way to convince someone EV’s are the future… lol.
That being said, I still want one for my daily commute and I would definitely have to put a charger in at the house. Its a no brainer for me if as our second car if you are a 2 car family
