At least for the annuals that need time more than our 7 month growing season allows (like cotton). Getting the flowers started in the next week, and the vegetables/fruit early in March.

Last year I was putting plants in the ground on April 1st (no more freezes after that date). Mess around and be in March this year, when the norm is April 15th.

Getting into a spring mode. Trimmed the winter beard too.

Haven't stopped riding my motorcycle yet, which means we've had no snow or ice accumulation so far. Might be another winter I can ride completely through.
