about the mental aspect, especially for dudes. I was having a convo with a couple guys at the rec and this topic came up.

I was just listening as I had no input. the other 2 guys were fat dudes and they were basically saying that being called certain things, like big man, etc., wasn't complimentary for them. I had never thought about before that convo.

it was eye opening for me because it wasn't something I ever really thought about, but made complete since when they discussed it. and these weren't dudes that seemed to have any self-esteem issues.
