You can find pictures of every politician at some point holding their hand up like that at crowds. google Obama Nazi salute.
Thing is, I am not defending her, I wouldn't swear either way (that she did it or didn't do it), I just don't have enough information just from that clip.
BTW, is the idea that she planned to give the Nazi salute at the RNC National convention or that she did it inadvertently out of habit?
