One of my older (white) LA homies used to throw parties at the crib and have mad girls falling through. Pre-insta car show model types. At one lf these parties a random girl shows up (he did not invite). She is cute so of course she can stay.
Cops show up. She is drunk. Turns out she is a runaway and 15 yrs old.
Because he provided alcohol to a minor even though he didnt invite her it was his house and he didnt check ID. He gets hit with providing alcohol to a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and something else.. he had to do 2 years.. he had priors which is why i think he did time
It looks like Charlemagne plead to a similar charge and got the light version of it.
