I am heavier than I ever been (5'11, 215) but stronger than I ever been. I'm still in pretty good shape ... played 4 pick-up games back to back the other day
I lift twice a week and hoop once on average, but wanna get up to lifting 3x and hooping (or some other form of cardio) twice
In terms of my strength goals, I wanna add at least another 30 lbs to my bench by June and the start cutting. My body fat is sitting around 17.5% and I wanna have it down to 14 by August
