I can see that working considering you giving your tris/chest ample amount of time to rest before banging another set out.
yesterday I started my chest with dumb bell bench press. was tired as shit afterwards. Waited til the end of my workout to hit some endurance reps on the barbell. I had rested long enough to throw up mad reps. I was trying to pump out 20 reps of 135 but fell short. Then I started adding weight on the bar to see if I could hit 225. Got close. Got tired at 205. May try next week to get to 225 for a couple reps
