squat is at 195x3 lbs for 5 working sets
dead lift I just hit a PR 250x 2 but Working sets are at 240x5 for 3 sets

I'd say I'm on track esp since I'm cutting while also attempting to gain strength. smh silly me. I'm bound to hit a wall eventually.

While I've lost only 8 lbs since the start of the year, I can admit I've been fucking around sometimes. I'm not pressed to hit come in lean. If I can weigh 158 and wear a size 4 at 5'7 I'd say everything is where its supposed to be, and it will get tighter as long as I stay in a deficit. currently consuming 1600 calories.
