w/out straight up joining a yoga class (which i wouldn't be opposed to once i dropped some lbs) does anyone have any links to any good stretching routines.

man, stretching is killing me. now that i'm old and really out of shape i swear to god all my ligaments are gonna snap as soon as i do anything physical. i REALLY wanna get more flexible.

so, if anyone has any links to stretches or just tips in general, post 'em up here please.
