I really just started working out, consistently, in October 2016. Worked out consistently all throughout 2017 and made it part of my lifestyle. When I first started fucking with the bench press, shit, I could only comfortably press 95 lbs. I just wanted to be able to put the 45 plates on the bar. Now, I can't get pass 185. My goal is 225 by June.
I just about hit all of my fitness goals from last year. Although I've burned some fat and gained muscle, I still don't look how I want to completely.
