Ive been smoking here and there for damn near 20 years but this year I've been smoking a lot more frequently. I still find it enjoyable and im pretty sure I could quit if I wanted to. Id like to cut back to 1-2 a week on the weekends.

Ive also cut back a lot on eating out this past couple of months (especially fast food). Id like to keep this going and continue cooking more healthy meals at home.
