need to get to 205. problem is I suck at eating well consistently and doing cardio.
other goals include getting to 300 on bench and 350 on squat. got a while to go on both. most I've done on bench I think is 245 and 275 on squats.
I don't think I look strong, but I've gotten stronger over the last couple of years, so I'm happy about that.
