trying to run a marathon? bench press 300 lbs (is that a lot? idk)? lose 20 lbs?
i'm kind of burnt out on just pure weightlifting so lately i've been obsessed w/ all these handstand and balancing tricks i've been seeing on IG and in my yoga classes.
being the competitive person i am that's my goal for the year. learn to do handstands and planche variations with full control
