that they have in almost constant orbit doing top secret "experiments"
they are completely upfront about it existing but refuse to say what its doing
we are well beyond the need for any kind of elaborate ruse, especially something involving private companies that live stream all their launches, its wholly unncessary
if "they" wanted to launch something secretly, they would just do it and tell us its a secret
