I tried to get VW of America to cover it, they came back with a strong "No". It's really pissing me off that VW is still up to their same old BS. You'd think that with all the drama they are going through in the public eye, that they would at least try to make good will on something like this.

I would even be a little more understanding if it was the driver's seat since it arguably sees more wear and tear than the passenger seat.

I'm on the fence about letting them do it or going to another dealer further out and seeing if they have a better price to do it.
