Here is the thing, I really think anyone can be a decent president IF they show some chops or aptitude for it in lower offices. Stuart Smiley is a great senator (and I don't think you need to go to Harvard to be a Senator).

So if either of these dudes ran for a lower office and did a great job, no reason in my mind why they couldn't be president some day.
