He needs to back that up with facts not his impressions or feelings. There are black businesses that are more successful than the handful of examples you see in the hood and I don't doubt black folks could open up liquor stores or bullet proof takeouts if they wanted to. Those are not good examples. Could it be that credit is the issue with those who may have trouble getting loans? Like I said he can spit data when he wants so he should with that type of example.

No it can't, it won't, and it never will. It is a much better example of something designed to not help black people because there are you know -- black owned banks. Ever seen a UN soldier in the US?
