white ppl really dont think about the levels of their comments to minorities beforehand.
like on that dancing shit in #1.
i remember they were talking one day before a meeting about some dance moves and they said "oh bkwhat can teach us this. show us!"
and of course im the only black person so the optics are terrible and i scowl on some "i cant believe they just asked me to dance in the conference room"
when really it was just they know i go clubbing/dancing often.
