Linkin Park has evolved and still tops the charts. Other than that band no comment. Trik Turner had a run and by a run I mean a hot song.
Sidenote: some of the popular bands from that era aged gracefully. For example Blink 182 evolved their angst into contemporary angst with a hinge of responsibility:

You can't tell me this song isn't a reflection of their fans growing up and having kids. This is some vintage J.Cole six months after graduation struggle.
