You think the epidemic crime going on in Baltimore and Chicago can't fixed? Unpreventable? Meaningful Intervention not possible?
I don't get why curbing, for lack of a better term, black on black crime which takes 10x black lives as police violence, would be less of a priority than police on black violence?
