and i agree that it should go to institutions as opposed to individuals, but that still has drawbacks.

b/c the institutional funds could get effed over and tricked off just like the individual funds.

if you gave 20 Bn to howard, for example, how would they spend it? and with whom?

macro version of if you gave 2 m or 200k to howard davis. how would he spend it, and with whom?

can't tell you exactly what i'd do w/ it (off the top of my head), but i would come up with some parameters. it'd have to be spent or awarded in such a way as to have compound impact.

meaning, black institutions would have to spend it with black vendors who are doing something with black people which has long term, multi-generational impacts in black communities.

if that thought process ain't at the core, we 'minus well' cut out the middleman and write a bigass check to bentley, gucci and rolex.
