I'd recommend just instilling/experimenting with some new healthy habits.
I'll never go without a green leafy smoothie as part of my diet ever again. Some combination of kale, spinach, dandelion leaves, collared greens, cabbage, beets, some fruit. I drink around a pint per day and it's definitely the best dietary change I've ever made.
I don't use a juicer. I blend that shit the old-fashioned way and drink it as a thick liquid.
