I am already down for doing a no booze January. Last year's was a huge success for me. When I discuss it with other folks everyone mentions I should step it up and doing a full on cleanse.

This guy was telling me about doing a no booze, no sugar, no gluten cleanse and in 4 days he felt like superman. His energy levels jumped dramatically.

I am considering trying something like that. Anyone here done a cleanse of any sort? Anyone got a good cleanse to recommend?
