It's long been known that they were both complicit in release of that sex video and that it was done completely for publicity. It worked pretty well for her "friend" Paris Hilton and Kim had ZERO career at that point outside of being known as Paris' hired help. She wanted fame and saw this as the way to get it. Kim feigned outrage at the threat of it being released and cashed in on it to the tune of about $5M and a reality TV show that catapulted her into the spotlight.

All of this is well known, even by people that don't give a shit like Kim K (like me).

There is no "victim" here. The only way you could possibly see a "victim" to someone intentionally releasing a porn video is if you're completely oblivious to the facts and purposely choose to ignore them to push forward an agenda.
