and yes i have folks who just don't like milk and aren't really intolerant

these aren't them LOL
also have those fake gluten folks

when you have to pause a trip for those stomach issues
thats when you know its real and miserable for those folks

strangely i have a sensitive stomach not for either of those things
but i definitely sympathize


oh and



#eating LOADS of cereal or bread or cheese because you know your stomach can't handle foreign foods for the most part
