She's a sitting duck at Castle Black surrounded by, in part, convicted rapists and with her and Sam two of the more likable and 'normal' characters, it IS a worry given the frequent success of rapists in GoT. Sam clearly can't protect her without help and Ghost isn't going to be there every time - they've both got to get out of there before things get any more chaotic. The Citadel seems like a logical destination to me.
