but if he didn't, that's Littlefinger's leverage against him. and
these people were new to him so he's still not sure how they're gonna react. he might not have been in a hurry to talk about talking about having incestual sex with the queen mother that he was forced into, or even how much these people request specifics.

There's no indication either way. It's def the type of info LF feeds off though. It's not a reach by any means that he would know about that.
