but the biggest thing that bothers me is little finger not knowing about ramsay's habits. one of the producers claims that the tv version of ramsay is not a well known psycho to justify but that is some bullshit. as calculating and manipulating baelish is, it is not even plausible that he wouldn't have gotten word about ramsay.
