yeah.
i don't want to live in an all-Black neighborhood. my favorite nabes have actual racial diversity - blacks, non-white Latinos, whites, Asians, et al.

it's actually diverse - one of the few in Chicago. so there are plenty blacks, non-white Latinos, whites and even Asians in my neighborhood.
