I used to work at a particular dealership. Every Friday the GM would buy a huge spread of food. GOOD food. But, before we ate he would have everyone who worked there gather in the service drive to pray over the food. EVERYONE. Service advisors, techs, warranty clerk, office girls, porters, salesmen...we'd gather in a giant circle and hold hands then he would pray, or ask someone else to pray. Some people didn't like it, but felt like they couldn't possible refuse.
