ppl praying over their OWN food is fine but a communal prayer over communal food is not cool if it's at all coerced - especially in YOUR work place.

when i worked for the city, a newly appointed commissioner held a communal prayer w/all of us after he was introduced during a meeting. i was not down w/that at all. but i didn't file any complaint - and i probably should've.
