12771556, seinfeld is about love, actually. Posted by Joe Corn Mo, Fri Apr-03-15 11:43 AM
looking back at earlier episodes, it is pretty obvious that jerry and elaine love each other.
and they know they each love each other back.
jerry loves his friends, too. he let's kramer eats his food, and has no problem with kramer's anti-social, damn near anarchist antics.
he listens to george's problems. they're best friends.
society, in seinfeld's world is a malicious nuisance, because it interferes with hanging out at the cafe with his best friends and the love of his life.
but jerry never says i love you. he shows it.
which is really, the most heatwarming part of the entire show. only action matters.
I used to think the heartfelt montage at the end of the series was totally against the themes of the show, but it wasn't.
it was totally in line with the show.
clips of Jerry giving kramer food, clips of elaine shoving jerry, clips of elane fucking with george because she's jealous of george.
the show is about love, actually.
weird I didn't notice it until i'd lived a while.
