The presentation is def different. But I'm referring to what the op said that the " bad bitch look " is. And by that definition they both fit in that category because they both have all of that stuff on. Sanaa dresses more conservatively than Porsha and that's the only difference here.

I think you're referring to what's presented as classy vs trashy. But according the OP actually said the " bad bitch " look is the filled in brows, foundation, lashes,concealor ect ect.. And they both typically have a bunch of that stuff on.

Its interesting that the Jadas', Halles', Sanaas' and Kerry Washingtons' will get the okay with all that stuff on but the Beyonce's, Porshas and Rihanna will get the thumbs down, when literally they all have same upkeep, extras and attachments.
