The thing was all caught on video, bike gang surrounds SUV with a dad/wife/kid inside, dad presses the survival button, crushes a dude from Lawrence and speeds off...they give chase and eventually beat him up.

Anyhow, I know that's far more clear-cut case, but fwiw I'm pretty sure the dad wasnt charged with anything, be it hit&run or attempted murder etc.

So just to say, IF a person feels threatened, they can truck you and jet
