Tim was fuming from a questionable offensive foul just before he went to the bench & yelled "ball don't lie" when the Mavs missed a FT which is when he got his 1st tech.
Then Joey called another foul on the Spurs & Tim started clapping/laughing when it happened (as if to mock him) which is why Joey gave him the 2nd tech.
