i mean, i'm all for people doing what makes them happy as long as it's literally not hurting other people physically.

but that said, if he had gender dysmorphia, and felt like he was a woman the whole time, it seems like he would have done this long ago instead of continually getting married and having kids over and over for the last 40 years.
