Needless to say...my man ran to the end zone with it.
The visuals are nothing short of breathtaking. And some of the characters are so real it's painful. And the story itself being fanciful, it's also complex, engagingly so.
Btw, if you like immersive joints with beautiful character study, and haven't watched Planetes...look into it.
