I assuming that the story will be that Jimmie killed Stahl(with the uzi he had stashed up his ass, I guess), the IRA attacked Unser and then killed Jimmie.

I figured Unser leaving his badge and his gun on the desk was his way of quitting. I thought someone else was being brought in to run Charming, that's why they needed that Mexican dude to snitch on Hale. I don't remember the details though, I wanna say it was the county sheriff's office or something.
