i think the bureau chief is either on the take from nucky or under pressure from some of his political connections. nucky's reach seems to go pretty far. the agent killing billy came through nucky one way or another which was pretty clear from the conversation he had with jimmy in jail, the agent letting nuck in to see him, then right after suggesting that they move billy upstate.

but yeah, i wanna know who jimmy's dad is. gillian fucking the commodore? pretty gross but not far fetched.
