Capone took it to Chicago and delivered it to Torrio; Colosimo is killed and it's going to be interesting how the show wants to present that but historically it's belived that

Torrio ordered the kill to consolidate his power and the market for booze in Chicago. Capone became the muscle for Torrio and eventually took over his business.
