I was thinking the nanny was going to be the one to finally out Dex. I don't really see what her purpose is otherwise other than to make sure Harrison is looked after. I thought the nanny was going to be a problem b/c Dexter can't kill innocent people.
Anyway, doesn't look like that will be happening at this point.
