For the most part I can't stand the character either but I did like the exchange she had with Dex about whether or not some people deserve to die. I kept thinking this is one of the few conversations they've had where you felt there was any sort of real bound between the two.
And in the end I have a feeling Quinn is going to have Dexter's back.
